WCN'25 Bridging the Clinical Gap: Sustainable Strategies and Innovative Therapies for Global Kidney Health

This session will focus on innovative and sustainable strategies for early detection of chronic kidney disease (CKD) at the community level. Early detection is crucial in preventing the progression of CKD and reducing its burden on individuals and healthcare systems. However, access to early diagnosis is often limited, particularly in underserved and rural areas. We will also explore the critical role of patient partnership in transforming kidney care. Recognizing that patients are central to the success of any healthcare initiative, we will discuss effective strategies for integrating patients as active partners in their care.
